The government office that creates or maintains a Marion County criminal record is the proper contact for an official copy. This privately operated resource cannot retrieve, certify, alter, or accept a filing for government records. Court cases, sheriff reports, jail bookings, city police files, and SLED histories have separate custodians. Matching the record to that custodian is the first step toward a useful response.

This Is Not a Government Office. This is a private reference resource. It cannot obtain a criminal record, perform an official background check, correct or remove an entry, or receive an expungement filing. Only the responsible government office can handle those actions.
